As a global network active in 67 countries, matching may transfer your case data to an expert outside your jurisdiction — this happens only on your instruction when you approve a match. Transfers from the EU/EEA rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses; transfers from Türkiye follow KVKK Art. 9 mechanisms.

Requests: contact@customshelp.com — we respond within 30 days.

7. Security

TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for case documents ("case vault"), role-based access, audit logging, and contractual confidentiality for all matched experts. Anonymous pre-assessment is available for criminal-matter demands.

We will post any material change on this page with a new version number and, for significant changes, notify members by e-mail.
